Fruit Loaf Recipe

Put 1 cup of All Bran, 1 cup of Soft Brown Sugar, 1 cup of sultanas and 1 cup of milk in a large bowl, cover with a teatowel and leave overnight. Then add 1 cup of Self-Raising Flour and mix well. Pour into a greased loaf tin or bun trays and cook at 185 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes. Test with a knife to check none of the mixture comes away on the knife. Cook for a bit longer if there’s any mixture stuck to the knife.
